2010 in review : MAY

** somewhere between april & may - we MOVED!! and no, i can't really remember when :)**

ava & i did manage to get a way for a day or two up to one of our favorite 'vacation destinations' -- the JuLor Ranch!

 i cannot tell you how many pics i have of myself on these vary steps!! ava loves them as much as me, my sister & my cousins did :)

of course, she loved playing with hannah, too :)

 and posing on the rock wall - another favorite pastime of her mothers ;)

 she even got papa t.v. to play soccer out back with her!! we were all quite impressed with his skills!! :)

she played a few diddy's on the piano, too - of course, she always had an audience, why wouldn't she?!

she loves her hannah SO MUCH. i'm sure you've notice that yes, yes indeed she is the fattest dog in the world ;) she eats as well as the rest of us up on south mountain!

have i mentioned ava did her first season of soccer this year?!

hamming it up before practice :)

 kicking her ball out on the field for practice! she was in the smallest people league, so they didn't really have 'games' per-say, but they did scrimmage against each other & she loved it!!

she's watching me put these pics up right now saying 'oh momma!! i can't wait for soccer to start back!'

she wasn't afraid to get in there & go after the ball, either!

 and she scored her fair share of goals, too!! :)

she listened so well to her coach, coach katie!

we were so proud of her & i'm pretty sure she was proud of herself, too :)

ava also finished up her first year of pre-k!

she loved every minute of being in ms. ruth's class!

she is such a wonderful teacher & we are so thankful that ava was in her class! :)

ava's mimi & pawpaw also got a few pygmy goats around this time, too - that ava named cheesecake & hee-haw (yes, after the show, haha! she had watched it at ninner's a few days before!)

she's yelling at them to 'get back!' in this picture because they wouldn't stay out of the animal crackers! haha! animal crackers are their 'special treat' and they will literally knock you down to get them, ha! :)
