2010 in review : JUNE

we had lunch with some of my favorite girls from high school!!

connor came over to play!

and loved driving ava around in her jeep :)

we started swim lessons!!!

what a wonderful thing they are, too!

not only do they teach her how to swim properly & to not be scared of the water, but what a great way to spend the summer - at the pool!

her instructor was very kind and very patient :)

and ava loved every minute of it!

by the time lessons were completed, i was really impressed by how far she had come since day one!

and yes, we swim in our hairbows ;)

we went with gigi & ashes also to see paula deen when she came to town! so fun!

we took a little hiatus up to south mountain, too...

and took time to smell the flowers & help in the garden...

and pose on the rock wall...

and enjoy the view...

one of my most favorite views - ever.

and go visit sugar & splenda...

it took all i had to keep that girl from jumping over that fence into the field with the horses!!

she loves them!

and ava & ashes had a coloring contest...

pretty sure ava won that one.

and i also spotted this little ditty in our room & had to snap a pic to prove i am, indeed, published ;)

so-be-it i was 11, but it still counts!

not many other things can get to me like the feeling i get when i see that sign & head up that driveway...

love her.
