Packin' Princess

Well here are a few shots of Ava helping her Dad pack for his trip to San Fransisco (for those of you who are wondering, yes this is one of my favorite t's to put her in). These were actually taken LAST Saturday, so D.Might has been there for a week & is already back! He had a good, safe, productive trip & even got to do some pretty cool stuff. They went to a Giants game, went to Lombard Street (the really curvy one), went to the Golden Gate Bridge (got to see Alcatraz from there), went to Pebble Beach Golf Course & did the 17 mile drive. I however, have been here, PACKING & MOVING, so, I'm just now getting around to posting these pics! He did recognize all the hard work we did while he was away and brought back goodies from See's Candy & Tiffany's!! (Hello, chocolate & jewelry, could it get any better?!)

We are moving out of our house on Tuesday, we close on Friday, if everything goes as planned! It's almost all packed up. I got the kitchen & the closet packed & moved while he was gone, those had the most stuff in them. Not much left, just a little here & there....can't wait to get a pedicure when this is all said & done!

Sweet Ava has been quite the trooper through all the chaos! She's even said her first sentence: "What does this say?" You think I'm exaggerating, but she really did. We were moving stuff in & took a break at her Mimi's house; I handed her a piece of paper to keep her occupied & she looked at it, then handed it to Brenda & said "What does this say?" So smart, that girl! She was VERY excited to have her Daddy come home. He got her up Saturday morning & all I heard was "HI DADA!" & then a lot of squealing! She's still loving Bible Class & is actually the only one who stays in her seat!

Not really any other news, just trying to control my OCD about Organization through all this packing...of course I can't just throw things in the box, everything has to have it's own box with it's own label & subtitles, haha! I sure hope my label maker doesn't give out on me...
