Last Days of Summer

Well for those of you who haven't heard, we have sold our house! We have to be out by the 21st of September! Luckily, the D.Might's parents have moved out of the shop & into their house, so it is waiting on us to move in! So, in 21 days we'll have to clean the shop up a little, pack all our stuff, move it, get readjusted...oh & D.Might is going to San Fransisco next week & then again on the 24th for a week. Needless to say, WE'RE GOING TO BE BUSY. Haha!

We have just been up to the same 'ole around here, Ava has been running around like crazy & learning new words daily (if not hourly:). She did enjoy having 2 (yes, 2) slices of Supreme pizza the other day when we lunched with Kristin! She ate all the veggies & didn't even pick anything off! I was proud! Ava's Great-Grandparent's (Ninner & Pop) came for a visit last week. Pop came in with his Cowboy hat on & Ava was just staring at him & would not go to him or have anything to do with him. We went on to Chili's and when he got out of the vehicle, he took his hat off. Ava, still in her car seat, then realized who he was & just started waving and saying "Hi! Hi!" & then went straight to him & played with him all during lunch. We all got a chuckle out of that :)

She has learned to shut the kitchen drawers when I leave them open & is working on opening the door knobs. She blows kisses to everyone & everything, especially Stella, the cat. She's as fast as lightning & it's hard to keep up with her, but she is such a joy & so much fun! That's all for now, I have to get packing....
