Ava's 3rd Birthday : The Finale

Oh yes, y'all - we do Birthday's (well, at least Ava's) BIG around here!

After a full week of celebrations, we wrapped it all up Tuesday night with a trip to Marble Slab to celebrate with Karsen Elizabeth (don'tcha just love her middle name, I know I sure do ;)! For those of you who don't know, Karsen & Ava share the same birthday, only a year apart (almost an exact year by just a few hours). It has been hard to get both of them to each other's parties, to make sure the parties aren't on the same day, etc. So we've decided to scrap all that & take the girls to do something special for just the two of them - how often is it that you & your cousin have the same birthday, come on?!

They both got Strawberry ice cream with Strawberries & Blueberries mixed in (and Ava added sprinkles to hers.... of course... she's such a smart girl :)

Ava loves her Dress-Up (purple, mind you) my Little Pony & DVD and hasn't taken of her pink crown necklace since last night!!

Karsen loved her tray, too!

These girls don't get to see each other nearly as often as we'd like, but when they do it is honestly like they see each other every day!
